Salad Niçoise hails from Nice, on the Mediterranean Sea, though like so many foods we enjoy here at DropChef, we have tweaked it a bit to adapt it to our style. According to our Chef the French Niçoise salads are made with baby potatoes and served with anchovies.                         This is a delicious Pakistani/Indian rice dish, often reserved for very special occasions such as Ramadan, weddings, or parties. This dish gets it distinct flavour from the exotic spice mix of bay leaf, cardamom pod and cinnamon, but remember to remove them from the dish before eating!
