Tonkatsu is pork katsu - a japanese dish of panko-breaded pork loin which is fried and covered in a fruity yet savoury sauce. Have you used panko breadcrumbs before? Panko is made from bread baked by electrical current, which yields a bread without a crust, and which is then ground into fine flakes of crumb.

Chicken & Broccoli Pasta Bake
This is a most satisfying dish which is easy to make and is one our favorites! The broccoli, mushrooms and chicken make this a hearty dish that is perfect for colder evenings. The flaked almonds bring a gourmet sprinkle as a finishing touch.
Simple Summer Squash Alfredo
This alfredo is a much lighter take on the traditional version, using low fat creme fraiche in place of cream, and reducing the amount of parmesan cheese. There is also the addition of squash, which provides some fibre and essential vitamins, giving this dish a nutritious boost!
Pork Tenderloin with Wholegrain Egg Fried Rice
This healthy egg fried rice recipe is loaded with vegetables and made with whole grain brown rice. The pork tenderloin, also called pork fillet, is a long thin cut of pork which when sliced into medallions stays juicy and doesn't dry out. This family favourite is also naturally gluten free if you leave out the soy sauce!
Classic Niçoise Salad
Salad Niçoise hails from Nice, on the Mediterranean Sea, though like so many foods we enjoy here at DropChef, we have tweaked it a bit to adapt it to our style. According to our Chef the French Niçoise salads are made with baby potatoes and served with anchovies. We wanted to add an exotic touch so we went with vitolette potatoes and smoked salmon :)
