A limited release Syrah, produced only in exceptional vintages.
The grapes for this cuvée were harvested from 40 year old vines. The Syrah grapes were de-stemmed and macerated in tank. Ageing takes place predominantly in stainless steel with a fifth aged in oak. This is a vegan/vegetarian wine.
Tasting Note:
Alluring aromas of violet give way to a palate of complex fruit and spice with a robust structure. Well made delicious wine with a long lingering finish.
