Alegra Rueda Verdejo
This authentic Verdejo reflects the continental climate of Rueda; where warm, sunny days and cold nights produce fresh and intensely aromatic wines. Tasting Note: Fresh, fruity and with a herbaceous touch (in fact, the word verdejo comes from green). Food Match: We have paired this with One Pan Cod with Sundried Tomato Rice

Excellent value from the Rhone Valley - home of the big spicy reds. This wine has all the southern character but is packed with fruit making it most approachable. Excellent value. Tasting Note: Deep ruby red wine with shallow garnet rim. Pronounced bouquet of stewed jammy fruits with leather and mineral tones. Warm and rich on the palate with firm tannin structure but not aggressive. Lots of fruit with stewed blackberries, plums and a hint of pepper. A big wine with a soft approachable style and a warm mellow finish. Perfect food companion. Food Match: We have paired this with Pan Fried Smoky Beef with Potato & Eggs

A clean fresh and mineral driven chardonnay from Abruzzo. Grapes here are picked earlier than the red grapes for ripeness, and freshness, without overripening sugar levels and higher alcohol. The result is a wine in great harmony and balance. Tasting Note: A delicious crisp dry clean fresh unoaked chardonnay with excellent weight of ripe pear and peach fruits, well made with great length and finish. Food Match: We have paired this with Chicken Schnitzel with Simple Potato Salad
