Acknowledged as one of the wineries in La Rioja with most tradition and history of producing Reserva wines, true oenological treasures that are proof of the greatness and know-how of a winery. This soft, particularly pleasant red wine is made exclusively from Tempranillo grapes, the best-known Spanish grape for the production of quality red wines, and comes from Rioja, probably the best-known wine region in Spain. Wines from Rioja must meet all kinds of rules to be allowed to carry the Rioja appellation. Tasting Note: Garnet-red colour with purple hues, clear and bright. A very rounded, well-balanced wine with a full, long aftertaste. Especially suitable for accompanying charcuterie and medium-strength cheeses, grilled and barbecued meat. Villa Sveva Nero d'Avola Rossana Pagliaro's Terre Nel Mezzo estate is located in the province of Pescara, nestled between the Apennine mountain range and the sea. The wine region is known for its unique climate, which offers the vines ideal conditions thanks to alternating rainfall and sunshine. The result: fruity, uncomplicated white wines and warm, expressive red wines that immediately conjure up a holiday feeling in the glass. Domaine de Vedilhan Sauvignon Blanc Domaine de Vedilhan (pronounced 'Domaine de Ved-ee-ohn') is the estate of the Fayet family based in the village of Moussan, close to Narbonne. Uniquely, a brook runs around the estate which provides much needed water in this very hot climate, giving the wines their freshness and appeal. Vines are managed using the 'lutte raisonnée' method and terroir is a combination of limestone, sand and sea shale, meaning the vines dig deep for their nutrients and thus produce excellent quality grapes. 50% of the production from this Domaine is used for Boutinot wines. Since 1999, our winemakers have been working closely with the Fayets on all aspects of the production, from when to harvest to the exact blend or style of wines. Tasting Note: A wonderfully sunny style of Sauvignon Blanc, broad and quite tropical with delicate smokey notes, ripe citrus acidity and a richly-textured finish. With a winemaking heritage stretching back centuries that is matched by a generation long devotion to Garnacha they take the abiding view, cherishing the old vines they tend, eschewing the modern day pressures to grub them up. Upon that long held belief and resolute defiance their reputation has been built. They strive to create wines of incredible value and varietal character true to their quiet corner of Spain. Tasting Note: This Tempranillo is a vibrant cherry red colour. This 100% Tempranillo (the rioja grape ) is harmonious and well structured on both the nose and palate. A delicious wine, with softening tannins and an abundance of rich ripe bramble fruits, a hint of vanilla, with a fruity finish and good length. Bodegas Navajas Crianza Blanco Bodegas Navajas Blanco Crianza is a Spanish white wine that combines the freshness of a young wine with the complexity and depth of a mature one. This wine is made from 100% Viura grapes grown in the Rioja region of Spain. After being fermented in oak barrels, this wine was aged for 12 months in new French oak, giving it a sophisticated character and a unique personality.
