Where do meatballs come from? Well, apparently no-one actually knows... Whilst recipes go back to the Romans, some historians believe the first meatballs were made in Persia and are still around today as kofta. Whether they are Italian or Persian- they are definitely always on our crave list, and we are so excited to share this warm and hearty dish with you! Meatballs are so loved that nearly every culture now has their own type of meatball! This is a filling dish so there might be some extra to re-heat tomorrow at lunch.
