A blend of 6 grapes - Merlot, Cabernet, Tannat, Syrah, Malbec and Pinot - Pellehaut Harmonie de Gascogne red is remarkably balanced, showing vibrant fruit flavours married with toasty oak. A very approachable light, soft and juicy wine with lots of plummy flavours. Easy-drinking wine. High Environmental Value label since 2015. Tasting Note: A light red wine that is juicy and full of gorgeous plummy fruit. Red fruits dominate, notably morello cherry and strawberry. The palate is fruity (blackcurrant and strawberry) and delicately peppery. The tannins are smooth. Chill slightly on warmer days for a lovely refreshing glass of red. Food Match: We have paired this with Spiced Chicken & Bulgar Bowl with Sweet Tahini Sauce

Bodegas Navajas Crianza Blanco Bodegas Navajas Blanco Crianza is a Spanish white wine that combines the freshness of a young wine with the complexity and depth of a mature one. This wine is made from 100% Viura grapes grown in the Rioja region of Spain. After being fermented in oak barrels, this wine was aged for 12 months in new French oak, giving it a sophisticated character and a unique personality. Tasting Note: A delicate fresh and intriguing taste on the palate, with ripe and warm fruit at the same time. There is a perfect balance between the lively young fruit flavours and the acidity, with subtle oak flavours. Food Match: We have paired this with Marbella-Style Chicken with Olives & Dates
Poderj Pinot Grigio The Italian name of Pinot Grigio spans many countries and can vary from an incredibly approachable, soft, easy-drinking wine to something more flavoursome in style. It’s typically light to medium in body, brilliantly food friendly and best drunk young and fresh. You’ll often find quite a punchy acidity about the wine, which is retained by early picking of the grapes. Tasting Note: White peach notes, slight citrus tings and a hint of pear. An element of perfume and light spice round off what is a light, easy-sipping white, while you may also experience additional flavours of honeysuckle, green apple or even grapefruit. La Lisse Chenin Blanc The Chenin Blanc grape variety originally hails from the Loire Valley before it was planted near Limoux in the Haute Vallée de L ’Aude. Here in the south, but importantly planted at altitude on the cooler, abrupt hillside slopes of clay and limestone in the foothills of the Pyrenees, it is one of the latest to be picked, achieving full ripeness yet retaining a refreshing crispness. Hints of caramel and brioche lead to a densely fruity peach palate with great texture and a clean, lifted finish. Tasting Note: This ripe yet crunchy fruit gives this wine its freshness, vigour and spine and at the same time its luscious texture which is further complemented and enriched from one third vinified and matured for nine months in seasoned French oak. A delicious wine, crisp and dry with refreshing acidity and a hint of creaminess, with mouth filling ripe fruit and a long lingering finish. Food Match: We have paired this with Honey Glazed Chicken and Shopska Salad
