Wines inspired by the spirit of place - ‘L’esprit du lieu’. The wines of Terres Fidèles are created in the Roussillon and surrounding regions. The vineyard is planted on the plains and foothills in the south of France, between the Pyréneées and the Mediterranean Sea between Narbonne and Beziers. The area benefits from two distinctive climates that allow the production of a large diversity and styles of wines: the Mediterranean climate for ripe and juicy wines and the Atlantic climate around Carcassonne for more structured and mineral wines. Tasting Note: A pale salmon pink wine, refreshing, starry bright and fruity, with delicate red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry. Food Match: We have paired this with Aromatic Shredded Hoisin Chicken Wraps

Felicette Grenache Noir Wines inspired by the spirit of place - ‘L ’esprit de lieu’. The wines of Terres Fidèles are created in the Roussillon and surrounding regions, a place of remarkable stories where layers of history and cultures are embedded in the raw and wild landscape. Felicette red is a fruity and very well-balanced blend produced in the South-West of France, between Narbonne and Beziers, with a hot and dry Mediterranean climate influence. Soils are sandy and silty as well as a chalk/ clay mix on the hillsides. Tasting Note: A bright red colour with purplish reflections. A powerful nose of violets and red fruits. Very tasty in the mouth with raspberry and plum aromas. Medium-bodied on the palate, soft and juicy. Food Match: We have paired this with Honey and Lime Chicken with Coconut Rice and Kacumber Salad
The Mimic Shiraz Jumilla The Mimic Shiraz is unashamedly a wine which takes its style and inspiration from its Aussie counterparts and definitely sticks it to them with its big smooth, fruity style. Made in the South Eastern Spanish region of Jumilla, the Mimic Shiraz grapes are carefully harvested at the moment of optimum ripeness before undergoing pressing to extract all the juice. The must then spends an extended period of time on its skins and temperature controlled fermentation to extract the maximum fruit freshness from the grapes. After fermentation, 80% of the wine spends 3 months in French oak, before blending with the unoaked wine and bottling. Tasting Note: This is a big and fruity red from Jumilla - a really warm part of Spain. This wine is perfect for people that like big, bold and spicy flavours. Food Match: We have paired this with Baked Pork chop with Roasted Peppers, Sweet Potatoes & Green Beans
Castillo del Moro Sauvignon Blanc Castillo del Moro represents the very best of modern Spanish winemaking but draws on a tradition that goes back centuries; the result is exceptional value for money and huge drinkability. Tasting Note: A modern, crisp white, demonstrating bright citrus characteristics on the nose, while offering deliciously vibrant apple fruit flavours and a zesty twang courtesy of the Sauvignon Blanc on the palate.
