This very wine is served by the glass in Michelin Star Chef Oliver Dunne's restaurants in Dublin. It is juicy, succulent and structured. You are going to need to open this wine 4 hours before dinner to let it breath, and you’ll notice how the tannin's soften as the wine gets some air through it. Perfect for Dinner and Cheese, you’re in for a treat!
